I have 3 cow spawners stacked, if i downgrade it to 1 cow spawner do i get 2 back in my inv? and is there no other posible way to remove a spawner without buying Legend rank?

you can remove it using the gui, but to break the last one you need legend and silk touch pickaxe

could also get someone trustworthy on the server that has legend+ to break the last one for you
