Special Block

Hello, I have a really big request from a admin or a mod regarding a special block that I need to help with a build I am working on, It's a really cool idea that i love but it requires 8 end portals because I have a layer on my base that show's all four biomes: the overworld, the ocean, the nether, and the end, All i need is the end portal to make it work because the closest thing I have to it right now is gray wool. I understand if you aren't allowed to place the blocks but I would really appreciate it if you are able to, It's only 8 of them so it would never work anyways. If you would like the see the build first before placing the blocks ill be more then happy to show you it before so you can see what im talking about.

p.s blocks cant be mined, and when placed in a certain order you CANNOT activate the end portal. so just do that ;D

i REALLY doubt staff is just gonna give you an illegal item for just some person's base. what about other people who want an end portal frame for their base?
mods i dont think can even do that, sr mods and admins definitely wont, sorry man
