Dear staff of invadedlands

I was wondering if the staff applications will be bias based on the age of the person. For example, I have spotted many hackers and i know how to deal with them, I have found many hackers that have used KA. but aside from that i was hoping that the staff applications will be based on skill of dealing with and banning hackers, because i am 14 and i was afraid that that would affect my chances at being made a staff member. doubt you're going to get staff, but if you have good experience and skill it shouldn't matter too much being 16 only helps.
