Is it normal it’s been already 10 day and my application didn’t get replied? I think is for everyone because I’m not seeing any new trainee’s.

If yours hasn't been replied to, it's likely lots of them weren't replied to yet either. Just be patient and continue being active and doing things that would make you a good staff member. Good luck
