I feel like the InvadedLands staff don't get enough credit for what they do. They work so hard (without pay might I add) and are constantly under pressure. Because of this I have decided to propose the idea of a Staff Appreciation Day held at the end of every month or so. Ideas or comments?

Admins and up get payed I think and also they signed up for it but yes staff do work very hard

I never said they’re getting paid. I meant job as in, they’re doing a what they signed up for.

It's a volunteer position, they work hard but the applied to do so they knew this would come with the job. This isn't a paid job usually, thank you for the work you volunteered to do though.

Even though they did sign up for this, you think they can already predict everything they will be doing? Sometimes they get some pop up game breaking glitches that they need to fix (like me getting banned twice in 24 hrs from waterdrop )

They signed up to do it for a reason, they should get praised and more appreciation for wanting to, and putting in the effort to making invaded the server it is, without the staff the server either a) wouldn't exist or b) would be very bad/full of cheaters
