I would assume it is because you bought them at the same time and ranks don't process right away.

Make a purchase support ticket and ask if the purchase went through for the upgrade to lord rank if that's not the case then you were likely scammed.

Yeah its the case but i want lord

if you still haven't gotten it contact a higher up staff member and show them proof of purchase that you upgraded from MVP -> PRO then a few minutes later PRO -> LORD and they should help you from there.
Or just make a report here
