if you won the hero/elite rank while the eternal crates were bugged, I doubt that you can claim the rank. Aside from the fact that the prizes themselves were glitched, the odds for each item were also bugged.

It’s all worth a shot. I mean the only things I could see happening is they return the key that was used in it. Or if video evidence is available utilising it to say you did win it.

But the odds of either or happening are slim to none.
