staff not doing their job + bad anti cheat

Do i need to explain this once more? First of all the reason the anticheat is hard to detect reach through walls is because people are able to block glitch someone legit (no hacks) Wall hacks is also hard to detect because people block glitch like idiots therefore neon made it so the anticheat is hard to detect it.
That is not true at all lmao i dont know where u are making this shit up

Bro if you disagree why the heck u talking? Dude i wanna see you make a reasonable statement then.
Also, who literally asked for your negativity? Literally my mans was complaining about the anticheat so i explained it. you come outta no where acting tough and all.

Im not acting tough im just saying ur making shit up
hmm I wonder, silver member starting dumb arguments on forums? makes silver look bad :D. Also I'd like to see you say anything about the anticheat. Also I find it even funnier because silver has alts that are on vpns to cheat on. Im pretty proud of silver right now, very mature thing and smart.

maybe the people cheating would know why it the anti cheta doesnt work ******

I've legit encounted like 5 hackers that weren't anti-cheat banned like ever, And I have been playing minimum 5-10hrs/day for the past 4 months. Anyone who you think is hacking is most likely just better than you because they are s-tapping which can sometime look like reach, or they are closet cheating so that it isn't obvious.
Use /reprort <player> to alert all online staff if you see someone you think is cheating.
Alternatively you can make a player report with video evidence Here , and staff will look into it.
It isn't as bad as you think. This thread helps/changes nothing.
there is a wallhack in a client that goes undetectable from the AC, your point is just straight wrong sorry to say
also bruva is the only one doing his job

there is a wallhack in a client that goes undetectable from the AC,
Hence why I said "Most likely". In most cases of people calling hacks, they just aren't cheating. I'm not saying there aren't cheaters. Clearly there are, which is why I linked the player report forum, and the /report system.
your point is just straight wrong sorry to say
I didn't make a point that could be wrong. I gave instructions on what people can do to help prevent this.
also bruva is the only one doing his job
I can safely say most if not all of the moderators do their jobs, and do them well. I'm not sure if I can say the same for sr.mods+ because I am not a staff member, and I don't know what their jobs/requirements are. However I can ASSURE you that bruva is not the only staff member doing their job.

Nah there is like 5 staff max doing their job, idk why u always defend the staff so much and yea u made multiple points that were wrong

How do you know when someone’s closet cheating and not just lagging/good at the game? Catching closet cheaters requires first person evidence (screenshare) or a log check in most cases.
it's pretty obvious when someone is auto-clicking/using low reach once you have a good understanding of the game.
For example, if they continuously outreach you and get the first hit while you're both straightlining and holding W it's quite obvious that they're using some sort of advantage. Also, lagging isn't really a viable excuse for catching cheaters. Sure, someone with 120ms and decent aim and w-taps might look like they're reaching however you can easily tell whether or not they're cheating/autoclicking. (I'm gonna use soup as an example) If someone keeps hitting you while they're eating their soup, and they outreach you, it's obvious that they're using something. I've faced off against many cheaters and beat them because they depend on their PvP as they're not actually good at the game lol

Although screen shares are good ways to check if someone is cheating, screen sharing is (IMO) invasion of privacy unless you only check a few things (kinda like what MMC do) however at that point it's just ineffective since most of those closet cheaters will bypass those screen shares (cause you won't check much, and I doubt that most of the staff members (excluding mega) know how to screen sharing at all), so there's really no point in screensharing.

there are 7 mods. Me saying "most" would align with this point.

idk why u always defend the staff so much
idk why people bash the entire staff team on things that only about 2-5 of them could actually change. I am defending the moderators that do their jobs.

u made multiple points that were wrong
You not agreeing with me doesn't make my points wrong.
neither of us knows what's going on behind the scenes, the only people that can truly disprove points are staff members[/QUOTE]

I agree with you, I just give people the benefit of the doubt and assume they aren't cheating in most cases. I've had a few player reports (specifically on soup) that I never got closure on because it's really hard to actually tell if the person is cheating or not. I'm just pretty bad at pvp, and just accept that I can get railed legit.
Also, I appreciate your response being well thought out and not just calling me wrong without elaboration!

Don't typically respond to these threads as it usually doesnt do any good, but I just want to touch on a few things.

1. staff do your job and dont let the bad anti cheat take 3 years to ban him and
We do our jobs. If a player is breaking a rule you report them, and if there is an available staff member that can deal with the player, they will do so 100% of the time. I understand it is frustrating having hackers ruin your experience, especially with Kit being a PvP based server. However we really do always strive to do whatever we can within our perms to remove these players from the network. And sometimes with varying perms / scenarios this can take a fair amount of time. There seems to be a misconception that we don't care, which is not at all the case.

They’re too busy not responding to ban appeals.
We're always brainstorming / developing new ways to speed up the appeal process. We all understand this is a large issue, and I assure you we are working on it.

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL i can garentee you these people are not just better then me when they are flying into spawn and dicking me thru a wall
For sure. I 100% agree with you. Today there was a lot of players doing this online, which were dealt with when a staff member was available. Again I understand the frustration

it's pretty obvious when someone is auto-clicking/using low reach
Again I agree. However we must be 100% sure that a player is breaking the rules in order to make a decision. What commonly happens is that a player gets reported we TP to that player and they are just running around spawn, sitting in a safe room, AFK etc. Some players aren't always easy to convict and that's why we request log checks, which again is a common reason why some bans take longer than others. (Obviously I'm not referring to blatant cheaters)

so there's really no point in screen-sharing.
Yep, our team isn't trained to screen-share. Nor do we plan on introducing this aspect to KitPVP anytime soon.

So yeah, not coming at you guys in the slightest. I understand all you are after is a fun time, and these issues that you have brought up for sure ruin the experience. As I have however mentioned we are always working on new ways to improve the experience had on the server, however some fixes aren't as straight forward as others.

I'm happy to leave this thread open for you guys to reply / enquire further, however if you don't agree with another members post / reply to this, just read over it rather than trying to prove someone wrong and disregard their views.

Cheers :) As I've said feel free to question me on anything you may agree or disagree with in this reply.
