You have developers ffs get around it and find a way of showing the anticheat logs so false appeals will be dealt with a lot quicker.

We can't even get our developers to fix Skyblock, what makes you think they're going to waste time overhauling the way anticheat logs work?

don’t say ‘be patient’ Ik people who have been waiting a month maybe even more for false anticheat unban.

The oldest ban appeal right now is literally from 8 days ago.

I'm haven't ever been a staff member before, but it shouldn't be that hard.

All in all this suggestion does come from a place of good intent, but more harm than good would be done if it were implemented. As others have mentioned, if important information gets leaked, the damage is done - there's no undoing it. Private information is NDA-only for a reason.

No, I don't. when you have some other servers (like viper, sage) having sr mods and admins doing appeals. I don't believe that it is so common that stuff gets leaked because of staff members.

Said it before, I’ll say it again. Make it so Mod and above can actually deal with anti cheat ban appeals, and regular cheating appeals.
Someone said it’s not as easy as that because it shows specific information that staff of that level should be able to see, so? You have developers ffs get around it and find a way of showing the anticheat logs so false appeals will be dealt with a lot quicker.

Give your ‘staff’ more perms so they can actually do their job properly. Imagine being able to ban for cheating but not able to check logs to unban ??? Like makes 0 sense.

Give mod and above access to logs

You openly admit that you have never been a staff member before, yet you claim to know what goes on within the staff team. You clearly do not know what you're talking about and pretending that you do is pointless at best.

I have been false banned on servers before and have gotten unbanned by staff that are senior mods on other servers before. Never claimed that I knew what was going on within the staff team. You don’t have to be a member of the staff team to know if stuff got leaked. If it did get leaked, then the whole community would know about. Please look over what I said before you reply because that’s not what I said at all.

I'm in the fortunate position of having experienced both roles, Senior Mod and normal Mod and it is, categorically, a terrible idea to give them access to this information. Genuinely nonsensical and thankfully it will never happen, so entertaining this notion further is an entirely pointless waste of time.

Always the mods who don’t log on who talk the most on forums do something in game… people shouldn’t be false banned cor longer then a couple of days managers whatever busy okay? Get people who can actually deal with it or half the player base will be false banned and next to no players. When server is already on the decline because of this matter LOL.

so many false statements here, escalated does not mean resolved I can tell you at least 3 people who have waited / been waiting for over a week currently. My appeal still up from last week (I’m not banned anymore coz sum1 bought me unban) big servers let mods use logs but a little server like skeppylands can’t, whole matter of bypassing is ridiculous icl it’s not hard to find bypasses on Alts anyway, don’t need code or whatever is shown.. legit
