hi I was wondering to staff what server did you start off as a staff in and if you reply, what are the requirements, im trying to get as staff on any server to learn stuff then maybe be able to apply for staff on Invaded lands later on.

Staff won't respond to this, if you want to earn more experience you should search for smaller servers that are looking for staff members.

Part of proving you belong in the team is being able to put yourself in positions of success by finding opportunities to gain experience. It demonstrates maturity, tenacity, dedication, and leadership among other things.
