Don't get me wrong, I love invadedlands.net and the staff but this is just annoying.

I started off as a skyblock player and now play survival. Recently, my friend bought the "Hero" rank. Received it no problem. Then, my friend bought the /fix command. No problem. Then he bought the /fly command. No problems at first. My friend had /fly and it worked fine at first. After a few hours it stopped working. He could not access it. It has been a day. My friend has contacted many staff members who contacted higher ranks (one staff member even contacted MegaPvP). They just can't get his fly back. My friend has a receipt and so much more proof. Many staff members have tried to help but is it so hard? The man has a recipet and lots of proof. You can't just give him /fly back. Another thing is you can't just say staff are busy. There are staff members who go in to certain servers and just relax and talk. They do usually help but not much help is needed. Literally 90 percent of the time staff are talking to players of the servers casually.

Again, staff members are really nice but is it so hard.

Staff members do work really hard, of course they are going to have off time, it's a volunteer position for most of them but the ones I'm friends with put so much time and effort in to the server. You've got to tell your friend to make a purchase support ticket which he can do here and the staff will get round to it when they can. Make sure he includes the proof you said he has.

i hope you realize that literally only managers can handle purchase support tickets right? moderators cannot do anything with that, mega is busy as he has his own server to run and other duties and zelk is really the only one who has time to get to them after ban/blacklist appeals he reads, no other staff members have buycraft access

Like another said, only certain staff members can handle that. Bugging every staff member and making complaints about how they "go in to certain servers and just relax and talk" won't help you. Create a purchase support ticket and go from there.

bruh how bout u try being staff and handle hundreds of issues like this, plus more. SO many people lie about this stuff and it can be hard to tell the difference. Not saying ur friend did, but just letting you know.
 
Frosty I have been staff on many servers. I think I would know what I am doing.

Thats the thing he literally made multiple support tickets and went in to the discord support room. You know several Sr.Mods know about this and even Mega, as I said. I get it they have alot to do but all they need they need to do is take a small portion out of their time to get these type of things fixed.

He made several and even went in to discord support, several sr mods know about this and even mega,
 
make a ticket, as most members said, and wait for the said ticked to be looked at. i know its annoying to wait, but staff have a lot more to do and a lot more to worry about than a single player who has issues with /fly. im not saying its not important, but there are bigger issues too. they will look at it wen they have time. patience is the key.
