Hey Guys,

Lots of u saw my last forumpost

And supported the hell out of it, i would like to thank everybody for that!
Even players that didn't like me ingame commented at the post, because they know this is about the server, not me pvping.

In recent days, many posts have appeared about @affixes fixes his staff 'skills' with maintaining the staff team.
Unfortunately, many of the team have said goodbye to their tasks on the server, en resigned as staffs.
This was because there were some disagreements about goals for the server, The attitude of certain people and i guess a lot more.

Let me just quote the following what has been said

It took you 2 weeks to get a good understanding? If you Actually read what players want, then this would not have been the outcome.

lots of players have said that there is a lack of active staff, the staffteam said under a forumpost that they will handle this issue and get active staffs on the server to support players with their problems, or resolve the issue around the ''Cheater'' problem.

As opposed to getting active staff, you guys decided to have the 2 non-active staffs get a promotion to manager.
The intention was also that new trainees would be added to the team.

Many active players, OR old staff members have said they want to help with arranging this chaos.
Players like Laylim, Rikhard , Della , me and many more wanted to help and applied... but you have rejected it [ i won't say the name]

first place to start would be lowering the expectations for applications.
for context, when i applied for staff on an hcf server which i will not name, i was accepted with my longest and best answer being only a single paragraph. on invaded, i've written applications with 4 well written, detailed, organized, consice paragraphs that was simply denied for lack of detail. another thing they should do is make the time between applications that you have to wait only 2 weeks instead of 3 MONTHS
 
sucks because neither affixes/staff reply to what we say (got a feeling some staff scared to say incase they loose their place) as affixes is a dick and would demote them as he has a higher rank. This new mod joined/created his account yesterday, so hes most likely a alt. To get staff you have to play for a couple months I’ve never seen that new guy

With all the respect to Luke and Lumboc,

but they handing out managers ranks like candy.

i don’t see any reason why there need to be that many Managers, for a server that got like No active staffmembers.

I just KNOW that Staffs like Krypto and Redot know that this isnt the right way, and that this wasnt supossed to happen.

Didgo joining back the team, even he should know that this isnt the team he wants to work with.

Many players have tried to tell Affixes tru commentsections that there need to be a few changes about the server, BUT also his behavior about what we read in his staff vc’s / chats.

cause Invadedlands was in good hands with Zacky and Kvids.

And the fun part is, i just RUINED my changes to even get a Staff Position in the team, just like Laylim did.

Just because we said our opinion about the behavior.

2 weeks without seasons is too short but 3 months definitely too long

yeah, at most it should be 1 month. it actually used to be only 2 weeks a long time ago, on the legacy forums in like october 2018-ish

Zacky or kvids denied you therefore i think it was reasonable. 4 paragraphs isnt a lot.
