I don't really see why anyone has issues with people coming in as staff, unless you had a direct connection with that specific staff member, it really shouldn't be an issue, at the end of the day it is still the same server, with staff doing the same jobs. The managers know what they are doing and are prepared to handle these kinds of situations. There is really no difference from before aside from certain peoples names being different colors. If anything, less staff will be online, which is why they brought in new staff for now AND opened staff applications.

Just because a couple staff members left/got demoted doesn't necessarily mean the entire team is falling apart. If they feel the need to get more staff members they'll just open up apps again.
