Hey everyone! I have decided to make this random thread post about the staff in no offensive way at all. This is just based on my opinion and how I feel about staff and what they need to improve on!
I will rate each staff 1-5 with:
1 - Terrible staff, your not even helpful one bit. Barely anyone would like you to be staff anymore
2 - Your not that terrible, You barely help. But atleast you are still helping the community
3 - Your an average staff. You help players a lot, also you do many things for this server
4 - Your above average. You are very helpful to this server, and you deserve to be on the staff team. Also you help with a lot of appeals and reports etc.
5 - Your one of the best staff. So helpful af. You should be staff forever.
First we will be going over trainee's
1. Della (2) I am giving you this because I do not see you helpful in any way possible. I am not trying to be offensive, I am just trying to give u advice to be a little better.
Moderators: (WHY IS THERE SO MANY)
1. @Bruva (4) Returning to the staff team was a awesome choice. You are a really good staff honestly. You help a lot in appeals etc. Also a really kind person
2. @Veeti (3) I haven't really seen you to active on invaded or forums really. But you are very kind and I will give you that
3. @Decay ay (2) Never seen you on invaded unless your in vanish. Overall don't see you a lot in forums as well.
4. @Zackyyy yy (4) Giving you the same as Bruva because of 3 reasons. You are probably one of the best staff on invaded. You help a lot in game and in support calls and forums. You are very active as well.
5. @velo (3) You do support calls often. Also you help with forum stuff as well which is pretty good. Also you are very kind.
6. @kvids (4) You haven't helped me once. But that doesn't mean your a good staff. You are super active on invaded. Not that active on forums though. However your very kind and mature and huge of a og.
7. @HyperFlames (4) Really a kind person. Active a lot on invaded and forums. Very kind person as I said also very helpful.
Sr mods:
1. @Periys (3) Very kind and helpful staff. Also very helpful in support calls.
2. @Nicki (3) Very nice staff imo. Very helpful as well in game.
3. @Lumboc (3) Haven't heard about you in a long time and you don't seem to active honestly. But before your a very helpful staff and I really like that. I assume your probably on break or something. Especially that you don't use forums a lot.
4. @evisy (1) I do not hate you in any way... I am just giving you this very important advice. First off, your barely even active on forums or on invaded. Also you joined the staff team "again" for "unknown purposes" No offense but I do not know who you are at all. But I have advice for you to be a little more active.
Admins:
1. @Hamodi (4) Knowed you since you were just a mod. Super kind hearted since then and still are. Very helpful and supportive to players. You aren't to active on forums but your very active on invaded
2. @LukeLovesCandy (5) Your a youtuber thats super kind hearted. Also they way you help invaded players makes you look like one of the best staff imo. You are overall one of the best staff I have ever met.
Managers:
1. @Mega (5) Yes your very naughty in skeppy videos but I see why LOLL. I give you 5 because you are always active on invaded and on forums. Also super kind hearted and chill.
2. @Zelkam (4) Your videos aren't very kind to most invaded community. The fact that you ban players and keep them banned for a while doesn't satisfy most players. You can keep players banned for a while and people sometimes can take it seriously. Overall your a great staff and are very active on invaded and forums and kind. (not that kind but still kind) But yeah still overall a great staff imo.
Developer:
1. @TehNeon (5) Automatically a 5. Without you, invaded wouldn't be a thing. Also you don't help players but you don't really need to lol. Just by you coding the server automatically makes you one of the best staff.
In conclusion with the staff, I am not trying to be offensive in any way. I am just trying to give advice to staff. Overall a pretty good staff team.
