There are 13 staff members to over 2k players. That's insanely low as 2 of them, (Owner and Developer). It definitely doesn't have the time to moderate chat or resolve minor issues. They better start accepting applications because many problems occur with no staff to witness. 11 staff to 2k players online can be terrible. Even 11 staff for 700 players. They won't always all be on so even an average 4 staff online is really low.
