Do your jobs... I'm tired of waiting days and days for an admin to delete 31 shop signs from somebody who was false blacklisted. I asked 2-3 moderators to ask admins or higher, which they did I hope. And, I didn't get Comet to be ignored by staff when I need help. TehNeon was well aware I needed his help because in color chat I asked him multiple times to help. He was 100% on, and I know for a fact he has 30 seconds of time to get on and help me... Like how MegaPvP had about 30 minutes to get on SkyBlock and look at islands. Also, staff should just relax and understand we are players, and so are you. If I need help, you help me, not ignore me and think you are cool. Because that is what it seems like most of the time, and many players can agree with me... If staff don't want to help us, then we shouldn't help you guys do your jobs and quit the server and go to a server that does care.

staff have a lot of things to do especially right now as new trainees were accepted. they do a lot, just because they didn't help you once doesn't mean they don't help players. im not a staff simp, yes they can do more, but like lol this post wont help

just because you have comet doesn't give you priority before anyone else who needs help ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

1) he might not've seen it. saying smthin in colored chat doesn't mean he 100% saw it. chill tf out man

2) he could've easily been doing more important things. ie: helping someone else, doing smthin y'know.. good for the server, etc. whos saying he wasnt helping someone with the same exact problem?

3) comet =/= special priority. why should he drop everything to help you if hes likely in the middle of something? maybe even helping someone else? are you saying that if they aren't comet, then he shouldn't help them and instead go to you? yikes, man

4) quit acting like everybody on the staff team is targetting you so that they can ignore you, the world just simply doesn't revolve around you. be patient. its foolish of you assume every detail of someone's life and then complain as if you know what you're talking about

just be patient, you'll get help eventually lmfao. quit complaining. the more awful you make yourself sound, the less likely you're gonna get help lol, especially if you act the same way in this post when you're asking. just go sit in support waiting in the discord if you need help lmaoo, might take a bit but you can go watch youtube or eat or smthin while you wait. it's better than complaining on the forums and in the chat

Don't know there's a possibility you may be right.
But I personally believe that there are higher priorities/ more important matters on the server that need to be addressed. Something which would require more immediate attention would obviously be handled first. If you told a staff member and they responded back saying that they'd sort it out for you, most chances are it would be done at some point of time.

couldn't agree more.
like that one time when everyone was simping for mega and being all OMGOMGOGMGOMG MEGAGGAGAGAGAA and i asked mega if my lag issues have anything to do with the server, mega actually responded back to me and told me there were issues in the server as well as my own connection. believe it or not, shortly after that my lag issues had dropped. staff is always busy but sometimes they will respond to your needs.

legendary staff member @ApexWasabi (still sad about you retiring) has on countless occasions responded to me so i will say this. staff members DO respond to your messages. it depends on how free they are and how important your issue is. thats all

staff may ignore you but they have better things to do usually

To start, I totally understand your frustration and I also understand why you are irritated. This is most definitely something we need to improve on, and I've just now made a suggestion about this topic. Given that, you need to be at least a little understanding to the fact that we as a team have so much to do, and there are only a select few people who are able to process that request, so it takes time.

Moving on, if Neon was on, I highly doubt he was looking at the global chat because he has a lot on his hands. He really doesn't have the time to answer each and every question that is asked to him. That is what we, the Moderators, are here to do. We answer your questions. Anything that we can not answer will get asked to Management by us, allowing them to only deal with more serious issues that actually require their attention. You have to remember that we are people too, and some of the things we do behind the scenes require more work than that is portrayed to everyone playing.

Lastly, I've never once seen an instance where a staff member has been on and ignored a players question. All of the staff put forth a 100% effort to answer every serious question sent to them. By no means at all would we ignore a player to be cool, if anything that really does not look cool at all, just makes you as a person look bad. If this is what it seems like, 9 times out of 10 we either didn't see your question, or we were busy doing something and forgot to get back to you. The best way to contact us would be through Discord or the Forums, it's difficult to have a conversation in game when you're getting asked a bunch of other questions and also trying to moderate chat.

Again, I really do apologize for the delays that have been occurring. I do appreciate your feedback and I hope to see changes in the future as well. ?
