If your serious i'm afraid your gonna have to wait until staff apps reopen i don't think there currently looking for staff read the guidelines if u pass all of them then u may apply staff apps reopen every 3 months it's gonna reopen around christmas so it will prove if ur mature enough to wait hope u get accepted.
