did you ever manage to get in touch with admin? i won one too and i realized they expire in 30 days and I've made a ticket as well as reached out directly on discord and still haven't gotten a response.
Yeah, you normally have to wait a bit until you can get in touch with a Manager/Administrator. From what I've seen, it's taken some people the entire thirty-days to get in contact, so I wish you the best of luck.
