My suggestion is to add a support channel on your discord. Most servers have this such as lunar discord but it would be really nice to have a support channel on your discord like for chat usage instead of vc usage. The reason chat usage would be better is because you don't really have to be there the ENTIRE time. Like the support waiting vc's you have to literally be there until someone moves you because if you were to go afk you won't get any support however you don't need to do that on a chat. You can simply send the message of support and leave for like 3h and if there is any response you can reply with something about your situation or just wait longer if there is no response. And if you could send like a link of all the messages about that channel for the "ticket" so incase someone would know that they have already asked this specific question or something like that.

the problem is that a lot of people will spam/flood the chat in there. or even just have convos and hide all the people who actually need help

I guess there could be a slowmode for like.. a long time but idk i don't think this would work and there are a lot of mods that I think don't even check the public channels

i think DMing is better. if they don't respond just message someone else, or ask the forums if it isn't a private issue

I really like this idea and think it would be helpful,

That’s the issues with it, ^ it would be easier to dm a mod I guess -1

Hello this is tech support, how may I help you?

While I agree you can DM a staff member, the flooding chat issue can be resolved if they add support tickets. Basically every member can create a ticket for support and only staff members are able to view it. The only negative thing I see, is tickets being so many that staff members won't be able to answer all of them. Again, since you can DM, I don't think this will get implemented
