Suggestion for a forum suggestions area in the Community discussion panel for people to give suggestions to inprove the forums.

This is been suggested numerous times, and I feel that it is a decent idea, however it will probably not be implemented.

agree with bluesnowball but for the links the first one leads to my blacklist appeal and the second to general discussion lol
