Suggestion: make /rtp tp you to a random spot in whatever dimension you're in.

As of now, typing /rtp in any dimension sends you to the overworld. This is annoying cz sometimes I want to build things in other dimensions and have to manually fly lots of blocks to find a good spot to build. I think it would be nice to see /rtp implemented into other dimensions :)
As for getting out of dimensions, im sure everyone has at least 1 sethome in the overworld, and if they get stuck they can just ask to be tp'd out in the chat.

Maybe they could make it so you couldn't spawn too near a fortress/end city, but that would require more programming
