They only put Denied for ban appeals, it's self explanatory why they denied it, either you had troll answers or you purely lied about it.
for applications however, if the same as above applies (lying in your app or wasting time by trolling) they will only reply with denied. If you have a proper app and they deny you for other things, they will give you feedback as to why you were denied and what you should work on the next time staff apps open again.

nah this was a little after I was unbanned from forums hence the work on maturity
Mihaitai actually gave me a reason of denial
You may not have met the requirements, since (to my knowledge) exceptions aren't made
For ban appeals they only say “denied” if it’s a troll, a lie, or not sufficient
