InvadedLands has many players claiming the server is P2W. I found a solution to fix that: Add this plugin to every server on the network (https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/vote-ranks ). This way, you can vote for ranks, so obtaining OP gear from Kit God or Overlord is possible without paying a single cent. Players will also stay longer to try and work their way up the ranks.
Idea for system:
VIP - 24 votes
MVP - 45 votes
Pro - 70 votes
Lord - 100 votes
God - 150 votes
Overlord - 200 votes

Big pixel server that is high (not getting banned for advertising) is not P2W and costs a lot more money to run than InvadedLands
