suggestions for staff experience

I want to try and work towards staff on this server, but i can't seem to find any smaller servers that I can get staff on to gain moderating experience, anyone have any suggestions?

you can search up something like small minecraft kit pvp servers you'll find something i promise

First of all you have to be playing for at least 3+ months so work on that and second you have to remain active in game before and after staff apps

There isn't really that many good servers right now, I wasn't staff on a server for about 1-2 months now cuz all the servers are trash. I hope i be staff on here someday idk we'll see what happens
