Summer Key Glitch... Need help

So, I was just chilling in the spawn of kitPVP, and then I found a gaming pc item frame but when I went to right-click nothing happened, and when I left clicked it went away... Does this mean that I won it!?

no. We would have been notified if someone won that, we have not. Also checking your inventory it appears you don't have that item stored anywhere so at a guess I'd say said item was not real and was somehow glitched in.
