SUPER RARE DIAMOND VEIN

i was 10 minutes into my survival world, and i found a cave, right? nothing too crazy at first, but then, i found a EXPOSED DIAMOND VEIN with 13 DIAMONDS IN IT. that's a 1 in a million. coordinates and seed in screenshot below.

(If I remember it was 11)
But 13 is crazy, but surprisingly there's a lot of people who found bigger chunks
