She is a burrowing cockroach usually found outdoors in greenhouses and mulch piles. Not a common indoor pest, which means she was probably brought in on a potted plant that had a Nymph on it.
I say "she" many times because this species is mostly female, the males are a big bigger and have more prominent wings ; though, the both suck at flying.
dare I say, she's kinda cute. Didn't pick her up though.
