Survival will be fully reset on Saturday, July 19th @ 3:30 PM EST.
In order to properly move over new content & changes, the server will be whitelisted starting Thursday, July 17th @ 3 PM EST. This will allow us time to verify all items are fully functioning before launching the server.

1.21.5 Update
The server will be updated to fully support 1.21.5 content, including the addition of the Pale Garden biome & everything else. There are bound to be questions regarding why we chose this version rather than upgrading to
1.21.7, the answer is that there are breaking changes in the newer versions that require us to adapt our plugins to support & potentially affect stability of the server, such changes cannot be done reasonably without further delaying this reset which we did not wish to do. We may do a mid-season update of the server version; however, world generation cannot be redone. It is important to note that
all current client versions up to 1.21.7 will be able to connect; we are strictly speaking on content available, which is bound to the server version.

Sunsetting mcMMO
It is important to us that we do our best to maintain a stable experience with features that do not make vanilla gameplay elements completely purposeless. We felt that mcMMO presented numerous conflicts with other gameplay elements that required constant patchwork and took away from combat, especially. We are trying to shift gears a bit this season and attempting to get a bit closer to the vanilla experience. If community feedback does not favour this during the season, we can revisit this decision and bring it back if necessary.
Server Upgrades
The last season did not go without hiccups. The beginning of the season was marked by performance issues and constant memory leaks, with ~80 players on the server, averaging sub-10 TPS at times. Things smoothed out after a major swap of server software, but it did not come without issues. Earlier this year, we managed to squash most of those problems thanks to @Blurmit . We have sustained peaks of over 250 players on Survival with large mob farms active, with a median TPS of ~19.9 across all regions, and have resolved the majority, if not all, of the crashes related to memory leaks. This season, we will be going further by beefing up the actual server hardware with more memory and especially a larger set of CPU cores that also happen to be faster. We're hoping for a much smoother season overall with these changes.
Mob Stacking Changes
With better performance, we don't see the need to keep mob stacks at 30,000 and thus will be lowering it to 10,000 for this season, which should hopefully positively impact the output of some grinder designs. This number will be adjusted as necessary throughout the season to maintain an enjoyable experience for everyone.
ChestShop Adjustments
Any purchase worth more than 10% of your balance will now require you to confirm by right-clicking a sign twice within a certain period of time. With this change, we aim to eliminate ChestShop scams and reduce its priority on our list of things to moderate.
