Survival Server Crashed for 2 hours (Look at image for some context)

The server has b een down for about 2 hours due to the crash which was most likely a forced crash due to a player named cooldude or coolguy who was repeating the phrase "the server is dying" over and over and eventually the server crashed. It doesn't appear to me that the mods care at all (idk maybe they do) because nothing has been done about it for the past 2 hours.
