Tag and /fly

I bought a tag (braincell) for my friend (ign is Avariicce) a couple days ago but it still hasnt shown on his name. Then I also bought /fly for the same friend as a surprise but about 30 minutes ago now but it still has not come through.
Please can I get some help I have screenshots if you need them.

/tags to open up the tags menu and then put it on.

And as for fly, when you say it hasn't come through, have you already tried doing /fly yet?

do /tags and /fly it doesnt equip by itself xd. you have to do it urself lol

Try /tags and /fly and if it still doesn't work, maybe u spelled their name wrong when purchasing

Make sure you are on the correct server, try doing /tags and /fly and if it still doesn't work, open a purchase support ticket as linked by Ant
