Our innocent server developer is actually a scientist in charge of a huge organization, and we're his test subjects.

I have managed to get TehNeon's real name. If you look closely, the discoverers of the element xenon are Morris Travers and William Ramsey. TehNeon is from Canada, which became independent July 1st 1867 from the United Kingdom. Morris Travers and William Ramsey are both from the United Kingdom. William Ramsay named the element argon for the greek word lazy, which perfectly describes TehNeon fixing the server. William Ramsay died in the year 1916. If you take the square root of that you get roughly 44. William Ramsay used a time machine to go into the year 1977. He is now 44 with that identity. TehNeon is secretly William Ramsay with a time machine who is biologically 44 years old.
