I think teleport trapping is the most annoying childish thing that someone could do and the problem it occurs a lot in survival And I think it should have its own rule with its own punishments because you can't make a rule for griefing and forget about teleport trapping

So please staff team read this as It's important and its been going for a while and I hope you make a rule for it.

Lol there is no way to stop it if you randomly tpaccept from someone u dont know or someone that has not msg’d you to help or something it is your fault if you accept so be careful next time someone tp’s
 
Well, it's kind of on you for not vaulting your items before accepting a random TPA.

When you get a random tpa request from someone you don't know, you can always assume it's a tp-trapper. For me, I just ignore it completely or I vault everything (/pv 1) before accepting, so even if they are tp trapping, I won't lose anything (except for experience levels).

Tp trapping is actually a rule on an associate server to invadedlands, which is kind of nice, but I assume it's because there is PVP out of claims. Trapping people is actually a good way to make money/earn items, just as how killing people in pvp is a good way to earn gear, even if its scummy (literally everyone on the survival will hate you).


Just don't accept any random TPAs and vault your items if you do. Simple.

I remember back in like 2015 or smth I was just starting to play on servers. I joined a survival server, mined for about 3 hours, and got dmed by someone with a rank (Could be a 12 dollar rank or a 200 dollar rank. Didn't bother to check). Long story short, I told him about all the diamonds I found, and the gold, the coal, etc. so he invited me to his guild. I joined, he tped me to him, kicked me out of the guild, killed me and stole all my items.

This isn't against the rules, both back in 2015 and today. The only solution to this is to accept your teleports wisely; ask in chat if the guy is trustworthy etc. If you die in this, or a similar situation, chances are you will not get your items back.
 
Random tips before you accept someones TPAHERE request:
- put all your important stuff in a chest / vault
- don't accept random TPs or from people you don't trust
- always have /fly on so you don't take fall damage if you are teleported into a pit
- few God apples on you so if you are teleported in the WARP PVP you can scare the enemy away with them as they wont be able to kill you
- read chat ( Usually when someones is TP trapping people, there are some of the victims saying it in chat so you don't tp to the TP trapper )

He doesnt random tpa you he says in chat he have something unique in the game so you tpa him
 
TP trapping is a dirty thing to do, but it doesn’t make sense for it to be bannable.

On the staffing side of things it would be a pain for mods. Mods would be on 24/7 just looking into reports for TP trapping alone. Staff would need real evidence (video, or picture) which could be easily faked.
