I'm just curious, but has InvadedLands ever planned to update to a newer version? 1.9, 1.10, 1.11 etc... Or does updating usually lead to adversity such as excessive sever down time?

no. we should be able to access all versions if we want to.

The server is breaking updated EULA rules, that's why they wont upgrade the versions, ive asked the same question, and had gotten this exact explanation/answer. Hope it helps.

No because the Eula would apply to those versions and Mojang could take InvadedLands out.

quite possible the server can't upgrade to newer versions because it violates the EULA and got 'blacklisted' by newer versions
