Hi, during the first event hosted today, there was a lot of easy to avoid issues that caused a few problems.

just to list a few,

people pushed minecarts with players into them into lava
world edit didn't work a few times, people got caught on fences
people got away with cheating by hiding and with sitting in fences
Luke ignored stream chat, so people who got unfairly killed did not get a revive
event was paytowin, you could send a dono and get revived if you explained you got killed

there's probably more tbh, but if you are gonna run a event, you need to make it foolproof.

I watched at least 10-20 people including myself get their minecarts in musical minecarts knocked in lava.
a minecart knocker legit got revived and continued to knock people in.

yeah, i agree this was really really unfair

thank you for writing this out calmly unlike most others

from now on absolutely zero donos should be revived. people being revived slows the event down and is kinda annoying. if anyones being revived it should be straight from the jail with everyone so everyone has a chance lol. unpopular opinion but from a hosting standpoint i don't think even false-killed people should be revived unless directly seen. going through every clip takes so much time and there isn't a system in place for that so only a few would be revived anyway and that's even more unfair and more people get upset. people r gonna be mad at not reviving them but if most false kills get prevented from now on then that would be better for the event as a whole

i think a lot of people were/are irrationally angry.. but it's a block game. though it definitely could be better and likely will be better in the future.
^ not saying you can't be unhappy but some people are super pissed and throwing very large fits about it when that's completely unnecessary

more preparation would be good for sure and hopefully they test it so nobody can be false-killed in the future

he did his best though, and i doubt it was purposefully pay to win. i think he just felt bad that people were donating, but next time he should just ignore them or turn donos off.
