the server keeps kicking everyone for "timed out"

False ban = you can go play literally any other server, actually manage to afk for more than 14 minutes, not have to wait 1 to 2 seconds for chest to open and stuff to happen, and much much more.
High ping = basically a ban everywhere, since anything aside from survival is unplayable and survival is very difficult to play.
