Invaded has no helpers which means all issuee have to be handlee by mods, admins etc. If there where helpers, then they could deal with minor issues like people cursing or spamming or any form of chat offense. And inform other staff if something serious occured, they could also help with the forums and lock threads when no mods where on. It could also be a way for ppl applying for staff and are actually close to being accepted (this is not relevant to my staff app to avoid hate) to gain some experience working on the server with no ban perms and try to be mods later. The helpers could also deny staff apps that dont meet the requirements or troll ban appeals. Then the mods admins and managers could focus on other issues and good appeals.

Already been suggested. Many, many times. There was a time when helpers existed, but that was a long while ago.
