Cause the way quotes work is that it inserts the text into your post, so you can edit the text freely. Theres not a good way to block this, cause you want players to be able to change the location of the quoted text.

Yeah it sucks, the anti-cheat can be bad at times, but it's not the worst. Just appeal and be patient.
