no stats are lost when ur banned or blacklisted lol. Everyone's stats get reset at the beggining of each month

All stats on the server Besides balance are wiped at the beginning of each month. If you were banned in April, which I assume you were since blacklist appeals usually take about that long, your stats were reset just like every other player. This includes all of your kills, event wins, and deaths.

If it did not, new players would have a hard time catching up. Plus Kills are simply meaningless numbers, you dont even get a prize for top Kills anymore
