Invadedlands is actually dying, this is so sad. They gotta push reset asap. The next season is the servers only hope. Many friends told me they were quitting until reset 2 months ago. Im not gonna lie imo, server is actually not as fun anymore. Before, the og days, Zelkam would host zelk says and here and there skeppy would pop in. I remember sometime a year ago, I came home from school just in time to join Zelkam doing Zelk says at warp fps. You don't understand how excited I was. Luke's trying to do Luke says but its not the same tbh. They don't mess around and troll server like at all (not a lot is good but at least like once a month). It gives people like 'excitement' to play the server. Right now, every time you log on you would see at least 1/2 the players online would be no ranks. Staff really has to come up with something good like asap. Thanks for reading this, have a good day.

A lot of people just quit because they move on with life. Sure Invaded isn’t the same, but that’s just how it is. The fame kinda went into Skeppy’s head tbh and he kinda forgot what his original content was. All of the new fans want the same cringe stuff. Then again I’ve heard that Skeppy sometimes participate in staff meetings or smth, but I’m not sure.

yea I completely agree his new content is so like cringe all he does is build battles. Skeppy has gotten so 'soft' and it might be the downfall of his YouTube channel. I used to watch every single on of his videos 2019-2020 and would always laugh.

It’s just that.. it can’t be perfect. And even if the server went a full revamp where all of the OG maps came back, it still won’t be perfect.

I think the server is just fine I'm bled rn but when I wasn't bled like 1 week ago the server was still REALLY fun to play in my opinion. The server for me hasn't really ever gotten boring throughout the years I've played invaded which is like since 2017. But I do agree that the server has gotten a bit worse but I still find it really fun.
invadedlands is not dying. yes, the server has overall fewer players, but some of those reasons are out of invaded's control. more people are going back to school, and more people have exams for school. From early-mid 2020 to end of 2020, player counts were booming for several reasons. Skeppy events, more people stuck at home, and the rising interest in Minecraft. At that time, invaded was averaging 500-700. Since there are fewer events, skeppy doesnt play, and fewer people stuck at home, plus it being the end of the school year, of course, the player counts are gonna be lower. For the reset, the amount of players who have quit due to the lack of a reset is extremely over-exaggerated. When the reset eventually does happen, of course player counts are gonna spike back up. you cant say invaded is dying due to the player counts not being close to the player counts of the day resets happen. kit has less players because it has been a while since a reset, but thats just whats gonna happen. invaded is not dying, you're just overreacting. im sure more engagement from skeppy would dramatically increase player counts, but there are problems with that as well. when skeppy used to engage, there would always be people complaining, and when he doesnt play, there is also people complaining. there is no winning scenario. the time when the server hasnt reset in a while is always gonna have the least players. its not dead, its just a natural decline. this is expected. when a server resets, the player count will spike back up. just because kit has less players doesnt mean invaded is dead. invaded is not just a kitpvp server.
tl;dr: its not dead, its just an expected decline of kitpvp players due to the lack of a reset. it'll spike as soon as a server resets

to add on to that i didnt read the whole thing cuz skeppy anyways you are 100% right about admins and staff trolling the server etc. Zelk brought some activity to invaded but not a lot but now theres none whatsoever.
resets, in general, won't change anything in the long run, a reset will always bring players back but only for a short period of time until they find themself doing the same things over and over again and then leave because they're bored, which is how it is going to be as the server is not building on what they have currently nor taking good suggestions to the next level as it's too much of a "risk" which controversially, is at [or getting] to the point now where they need to do this (imo) to kickstart the declining community off again.
I wouldn't say the server is "dying" but it's definitely not far off, they still average around 300 players which in the huge spectrum is insanely good.
With this all being said, realistically all it needs is skep to do uploads on the server again which will always be the safe option as it is guaranteed to bring new players into the community resulting in the number of players rising. But of course, skep has done many ideas on the server and it should be understood that video ideas will be getting limited as there is only so much Minecraft content that can be made.

imo there is so many ways that the staff team could implement to make the server better. the main problem I see with invaded is the fact that they NEVER, and I mean NEVER, listen to the community. no matter how many essays we write explaining how to improve the server, they don't listen. furthermore, they also have a problem where they say they're going to add/do something but they just completely forget about it (e.g all the suggestions that have been quote "noted".
