this is literally the exact same system as it is now
server hardware run with donations (dedicated servers are EXPENSIVE)
people who donate get stuff like ranks

instead if they were to make it not p2w, they would have to remove the kits in all ranks, remove tons of commands, etc.
which if invaded was to do, the server would fucking die faster than the olympic swimmers can swim an entire pool
