This reset is terrible

I'm getting spammed with dms from people who have lost their ranks due to the reset and I could potentially have around $100 of my hard earned money being tossed in a fire. If they do not get their ranks back, either me or them should be reimbursed. There are also people running around one-shotting others with random items. I've never seen any server more broken in my entire life. I will gladly share all of the transaction codes for the purchases that have been lost so this matter can be resolved. This is unacceptable.
