Just be a good staff member on that server and once you feel like you've gained enough experience, resign as staff on the 'small server' and apply for Invadedlands. STAFF APPLICATION LINK:

you don’t have to be over 16, it’s the same as being active on the discord. It’s not required but can be greatly looked apon. You only have to be 14 to apply.

Just be really active. Get to know the community on that server more. Maybe also get into types of hacks and how to detect them. This all can be really helpful if you want to make it far!
