Only managers are paid. Anyway, by your definition MunchyMC and many other servers all break the EULA. The server is not completely pay to win, it's easier with a rank but it's not 100% pay to win.

I haven't played alot on Munchy but, on there you can buy kits with tokens that are earned by playing, correct me if im wrong?

Actually I completely agree with you here, ranks really dont bring much advantage to the game, its really not that hard rank or no rank to get where you want. My main point about the whole eula is that skeppys fanbase is children, children that see colorful 150$ ranks and convince their gullible parents to buy them anything they need. That in itself should have instant repurcussions.
I agree the ranks are a bit overpriced, but a server needs to survive somehow.

Aternos and Minehut are the go-to for kids that don't know how to create a server and can't pay for hosting, that's where kids that claim they have experience often got the experience from, being hired by a friend and not actually doing anything as a mod. Personally, I prefer Google hosting for free servers, at least that requires Linux experience and knowledge on how to set up a server and it has good specs.

I've had multiple experiences in multiple staff positions, including Manager and Owner, and I've never seen an actually skilled staff member saying stuff like what you said.
