A- What is TPA Trapping
There are many ways somebody will TPA Trap you, the main way is through teleporting you right into the pvp area, where if you don't expect it and have weapons at the ready, you can easily be killed and looted. Another way people could trap you is putting you right into a box of lava, which will kill you and burn all of your stuff. There are a lot of other ways people might trap you, but those are the main 2 that generally result in death.
B- How to detect TPA Trapping
Detecting a TPA Trapper can be pretty obvious once you know what your looking for, but if you are new to the server, it can be hard to know when you might be accepting a teleport from somebody you might kill you. A main way people try to TPA Kill you is by promising money if you TPA. DO NOT THINK THIS IS REAL, because the only ways to give ingame money on the server are through the /pay and /trade commands, neither of which require you to be near the person, if somebody says you have to TPA for free money, its a trap. The other way people might be trying to lure you into a trap is promising tons of good gear to you. Sure, there are some good people who will actually drop items for you, but remember, if somebody really is giving free items away, they would make a cheap listing on the auction house or just /trade the items to you. Also, note that ranks mean nothing, somebody with no rank might be trying to trap you, and even people with top ranks try to tpa trap, don't trust somebody just because of that pretty blue immortal name.
C- How to avoid being TPA Trapped
There are quite a few ways you can stop yourself from falling to these traps, and a very simple way is to not accept teleports at all unless you know and trust the person you are teleporting to. However, if you want to accept tpa requests without losing anything, or maybe wanna try and get back at whoever has been killing your friend, don't worry, that's an option too. One main rule is tpa without items, this can work as, if you get trapped and dye, all you lose out on is your levels. Or you could also always eat a notch apple (If you have a good supply of them), drink a speed potion, and have an invis pot at the ready so that you can make a quick escape from the pvp zone and warp home safely, also a notch apple gives fire resistance, which will protect you from a lava trap. However, if you want to use the reasources, and you think your gear is better, you could always try and kill them before they kill you.
D- How to respond about a TPA Trapper
If you die to a TPA Trapper, it can be sad, losing items you worked hard for, however, you shouldn't spam the chat and be rude to whoever trapped you, like a lot of things in life, it can be good to talk to them in private, and get things hopefully sorted out that way. Of course, as long as you aren't bullying anyone, it's fine to warn other players about the TPA Trapper, just don't spam it too much, that can get pretty annoying. Lastly, note that TPA Trapping is not currently against the rules, so don't try and get them banned or anything because of it. As rude as it can be, they have no rules telling them not to, and it's up to you to avoid getting killed
