Tuff in shop?

Am I just not seeing it, or is tuff not in the /shop? I assumed it would at least be under the building blocks section, but nothing. Tuff is a big part of my build, so I would love clarification because getting tuff by hand is a pain in the patootie.

• Going into the category and clicking the items on the bottom to turn the page?

Yes, I've looked through each category and each page and haven't found it
