Try to post something in another section, then press F12, go to the console, make a screenshot and send it here.

I usually get this message when I'm using the forums on my phone and my internet connection isn't as strong or I'm using data to view the site. If you're on your phone, moving closer to your router or switching from data to wifi should work.
