I think it's just like getting a rank in a crate while having a higher rank already, nothing you can do about it

Yeah unfortunately the staff won't be able to offer you anything, similar to what other people have said, when you win something like a rank that's lower than your current one, it's non-transferable, similar to the island expansions. Rip $6.40
