Blacklist appeals take upmost to a month to be reviewed. Ban appeals are usually less than a month, maybe 1-3 weeks.
it might just be because zelk's on a grind but the last 2 bans i got this month were resolved in 4 and 3 days
Personally my blacklist took 39 days to be responded to. Once it was labeled as "escalated" it took around a week - a week and a half to get the concluding statement. If you're talking about a ban it should be around 1 week but expect it to be around 2 weeks
Give it a week or so, it may take a bit, But staff do respond
