I agree i payed money for this unban and to not have it to work is disgraceful then waiting another 30 days is just...

make a purchase support ticket with evidence that you bought it, if you're blacklisted then buying an unban won't work, so make sure that it's just a ban. also make sure that when you bought your unban that you didn't mistype anything. good luck my guy
