No, you can no longer purchase unbans or unban credits from the store. It is against Mojang's EULA to have this be a purchasable item (and is the reason why it was probably removed). On top of that being able to purchase unbans so easily will never make it so someone learns their lesson.

Crates are against the EULA and half of the player base is under 12 and they're shamelessly promoting gambling to minors which is a crime.

Crates or "Loot Boxes" are NOT against the EULA and can be used on any server. The only issue being that p2w crates are against Eula (but almost every server does it anyways and its not enforced). The player base is also older than 12, I would say around 14ish being the average.
